It's our goal to increase robustness when configuring the ServiceNow integration to reach successful synchronization runs faster.

One capability to reach this is the introduction of configuration version management. We aim to develop solutions in the following areas:

  • Show previous versions

  • Restore a previous version

  • Compare versions
