A new aggregation will help merge multiple software installations from ServiceNow into a single IT component fact sheet of the subtype software. Through an aggregation overview, we aim to provide complete visibility into the aggregation.

The aggregation overview will allow users to review each software instance aggregated into one fact sheet and enter the individual assets and their related hardware directly in their ServiceNow instances.

Last week, we released the automatic aggregation to help you consolidate multiple software asset versions from ServiceNow into one unique fact sheet linked to the reference catalog.

See the user documentation to learn about how to configure this feature on the 'mappings' tab of the ServiceNow integration settings..

This feature will be released with the aggregation and catalog linking, which is currently in the early adopter phase and is due to be released within the next couple of weeks.
